Frequently Asked Questions

Orders

Ordering process: Once you decide what you want, how many, what style, what size and what color, SquareOne Printwear will do a formal quote for you to review. This is done so that you know exactly what costs are involved and how much your order will cost. If you are in agreement with the quote, you then sign your name in the authorization box on the quote.

Minimums

SILKSCREEN: 12 PIECES,
HATS: 12 PIECES, then multiples of three,
EMBROIDERY: NO MINIMUM

Deposits

No order will be processed until an authorization quote and 50% non-refundable deposit is made. Deposits done for orders which are not picked up or processed further will be deemed null and void after a period of 6 months. Such deposits are not refundable and not transferrable.

Artwork

A standard artwork fee of $25.00 is charged for all designs. This fee is dependent entirely on how detailed the design is and artwork fees could be $50.00. This cost includes one design proof. Any changes to the design or content will constitute a further charge of $15.00 per design change/proof. All designs, logos and artwork remain the property of SquareOne Printwear and cannot be used or reproduced without the express written permission of SquareOne Printwear. Digitization/artwork and setup fees are charged to cover time required for development, refinement and preparation. Payment of these fees does not transfer ownership of the design.

Cancellations

Orders placed and cancelled within 48 hours are eligible for a credit for the amount of the deposit, less a $50.00 admin fee, although once the order has been placed and/or received, or processed by the supplier, the customer will be responsible for shipping (both from and back to the supplier), a supplier restocking fee (up to 20% per item), a $50.00 admin fee and any other costs associated with the return of the goods. No refund or credit will be given in this instance. Any goods remaining at SquareOne Printwear after 6 months, becomes the property of SquareOne Printwear and all deposits/credits become null and void.

Delivery of Goods

Once an order is ready for pick-up, it will only be released from SquareOne Printwear upon payment in full of any monies owing. Clients are urged to check their items carefully for damage, etc. Discrepancies, flaws or dissatisfaction must be reported within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, an order is acknowledged as acceptable and no replacement/credit or return will be issued.

Timeframes

We make every effort to receive and process your order in a timely fashion – but sometimes, because of stock unavailability, heavy workload, or machine breakdown, this cannot happen. Therefore, if you are planning to place an order, be advised of the following timelines: 10-14 days to order and receive (barring no shortages requiring back orders) and an additional 7-10 days to deliver … a total time of 3-4 weeks for an average sized order and longer for larger orders. This is not an unreasonable amount of time for custom work, given that most other wholesalers have timelines of 4-6 weeks!

Rush Orders

We also know how important your order is to you – as it is with everyone who comes through the door – EVERY order is important to us and we will always make every effort to accommodate our customer’s requirements! … however … due to the increasing number of “rush” orders, and to be fair to ALL our clients, “rush” jobs will be charged an additional fee of $100.00 per order.

Goods Not Purchased at SquareOne Printwear

From time to time, customers bring in merchandise that they have purchased elsewhere. SquareOne Printwear will do their best to accommodate the customer; however, the costs for doing any work on merchandise not purchased through SquareOne Printwear will be double what would normally be charged. SquareOne Printwear only warranties items purchased through SquareOne Printwear and will not be liable for any damage to that merchandise.

Samples

SquareOne Printwear will, on occasion, order sample products; however, we limit those orders to one per customer. In an effort to be cost effective, samples will only be ordered when another order is being done.
